📚 What You Get
1️⃣ Live Post-Specific Theory and Practice Sessions
Regular live classes will cover the post-specific educational, administrative, legal, service-related and financial components of the syllabus.
The primary teaching medium is English. However, Hindi may also be used by the faculty for explanation, clarification or easier understanding of difficult concepts. Candidates should therefore treat the course as English-medium with supportive Hindi explanation, rather than as a fully bilingual course.
Sessions may include exam-oriented conceptual explanations, application-based preparation, administrative and school-based situations, practice questions, live polls, previous-year and expected-question discussions, and doubt clarification during scheduled classes.
All completed live sessions will be made available as recorded classes after the live session is over.
2️⃣ Recorded Video Library
Candidates will receive access to a structured recorded-video library covering the post-specific syllabus included in the course.
The recorded library can be used to revise completed units, cover missed live classes, rewatch difficult concepts, prepare according to an individual schedule, and revise important post-specific content for the interview stage.
Recorded classes will primarily follow the English-medium orientation of the course, although Hindi explanations may be present wherever used by the faculty during teaching.
Recorded content will remain accessible during the complete 3-month validity period.
3️⃣ Printable and Downloadable Notes/eBooks
Candidates will receive downloadable and printable study material for the post-specific syllabus.
The available material may include unit-wise notes and eBooks, revision material, quick-reference charts, practice questions, important rules and provisions, and administrative and financial reference material.
Important:
The majority of notes, eBooks, PDFs, charts and other written study material are provided in English medium.
Candidates who require all study material exclusively in Hindi should consider this carefully before purchasing the course.
Hindi will primarily be used where required for the Hindi-language section or in specific resources where bilingual presentation is academically necessary.
Complementary eBooks will also be provided for the five general sections that are not covered through regular theory classes.
4️⃣ Full-Syllabus CBT Mock Test Series
The course includes a computer-based mock test series designed around the applicable UPSC syllabus and examination pattern.
The series may include full-length CBT mock examinations, post-specific unit tests, sectional tests, practice tests, detailed answers and explanations, accuracy analysis, speed and time-management indicators, and topic-wise performance reports.
The primary language orientation of the test series will follow the course and applicable examination requirements. English will be the principal medium, while Hindi/bilingual presentation may be provided for questions or sections wherever applicable.
The full-length mock tests will cover the complete examination syllabus, including:
- The 23 post-specific units covered through classes
- English language skills
- Hindi language skills
- Quantitative aptitude and data interpretation
- Logical and analytical reasoning
- General awareness and contemporary issues
Candidates should complete the complementary eBooks and their independent preparation for the five general sections before attempting the full-length mock examinations.
5️⃣ Revision and Interview-Oriented Support
The post-specific syllabus covered in this course is relevant to both the written examination and the broader administrative understanding expected at the interview stage.
During the 3-month validity period, candidates can continue revising the available recorded classes, notes, eBooks, administrative concepts, educational policies and provisions, service and conduct rules, financial and institutional-management content, tests, and explanations.
🌐 Medium of Instruction & Study Material
Candidates should carefully understand the language format before enrollment.
The course is primarily in the English medium.
Most eBooks, PDFs, notes, reference material, revision resources, and written explanations are in English.
During live and recorded classes, faculty members may use Hindi along with English wherever required for conceptual explanation and easier understanding. This supportive use of Hindi should not be interpreted as a guarantee that every class, PDF, eBook, test or study resource will be available separately in both languages.
Material relating specifically to the Hindi Language Skills and Functional Official Hindi section will use Hindi as required.
Therefore, candidates should enroll only if they are comfortable studying primarily through English-language academic material.
⚙️ Access and Platform
The course is available only through the Educators Plus Android app.
The course can be accessed on:
- Android mobile phones
- Android tablets
The course is not compatible with iPhones, iPads, desktop computers, laptops, macOS devices, or web browsers.

The course is intended strictly for individual use.
⏳ Course Validity
The course will remain accessible for 3 months from the date of enrolment or course assignment, as applicable.
The course-validity period is fixed and will not normally be extended because of non-attendance of live classes, failure to watch recorded classes, personal or professional commitments, incomplete preparation, examination postponement, failure to qualify for the next stage, internet-connectivity problems, change of device, non-use of the course for any period or delay in completing the syllabus.
Candidates should purchase the course only after carefully considering their examination plan, available preparation time and device compatibility.
💸 Refund Policy
As this is a digital educational product, the course fee is generally non-refundable after successful purchase.
A refund may be considered only when:
- The purchased course has not been assigned because of a verified technical or administrative failure from the Educators Plus side, or
- The candidate has accidentally paid more than once for the same course.
- We maintain a respectful learning community and do not cater to rude or entitled behaviour.
Refunds will also not be provided on the ground that a candidate expected all classes, eBooks, PDFs, notes, or study material to be available in Hindi or in a fully bilingual format. The English-medium orientation of the course and study material should be considered before purchase.
By enrolling, the candidate confirms that they have read and accepted the course scope, medium of instruction, language of study material, complementary sections, platform limitations, validity conditions, and refund policy.
